Third Age Fitness is committed to providing high-quality training and services to our instructors. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to course registrations or refunds.

Our refund and transfer policies are designed to be fair and transparent while also protecting the organisation’s ability to deliver high-quality programs. We aim to balance the needs of our instructors with the operational requirements of running successful courses and workshops.

Please review the following information carefully to understand your options regarding refunds and transfers. If you have any questions about these policies, we encourage you to contact us for clarification before enrolling in a course or workshop.


Course fees and enrolment

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment or prior to the commencement of the course, whichever comes first. This ensures that all students have committed to the course before it begins.


Refund policy

Once a course has commenced, Third Age Fitness does not offer refunds. This policy applies to all courses and workshops offered by the organisation.


Exceptional circumstances

In extenuating circumstances, Third Age Fitness may consider alternative options on a case-by-case basis. These options include -


  1. Registration transfer - The organisation may allow the transfer of registration to another user.

  2. Course transfer - Students may be permitted to transfer their enrolment to a different course offered by Third Age Fitness.

  3. Credit note - In some cases, a credit note may be offered for future courses.
