Why isn’t my certificate showing?

If you’ve completed a course but can’t see your certificate, there are several potential reasons -

Course not fully complete

The most common reason for a missing certificate is that the course is not actually 100% complete. Even if you believe you’ve finished everything, it’s important to double-check -

  1. Review the left-hand side menu of your course.

  2. Ensure each lesson has a tick or checkmark next to it.

  3. If any lessons are unmarked, go back and review them.

  4. Make sure to mark each lesson as completed after reviewing.

Progress tracking issues

Sometimes, technical issues can prevent proper progress tracking -

  • The course may show as only partially complete (e.g., 33% or 66%) despite finishing all materials.

  • In some cases, the course might appear complete, but the certificate doesn’t generate.

Completion criteria not met

Verify that you’ve met all completion criteria -

  • Check that you have successfully passed the quiz, if applicable.

  • Some courses may require completion of a feedback survey.

Technical glitches

Occasionally, technical issues can prevent certificate generation

  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

  • Use a different browser or device to access the course.

  • Email us using the email address below if issues persist.

Remember, your certificate will become available once you’ve genuinely reached 100% completion. If you’ve thoroughly checked all these points and still can’t access your certificate, please reach out to us via [email protected].
